I have just installed the latest (download) version of Turbo C++
Explorer.
installation is ok, no errors or warnings.

When I try to run Turbo C++ I get an access violation at address
51F515BE in module rtl100.bpl read of address 00000008
and, occur the exception EPackageRegistrationException in module
coreide100.bpl at 000DC8C1.
and, Access violation at address 20BA0B57 in module 'coreide100.bpl'.
Read of address 00000004.
