scroll builder help using wheel mouse

Hi,
when I try to scroll the content of Builder Help, scrolling is very
uncomfortable - no wheel mouse support, no view update while dragging the
bar-button.
Is there any chance to change this ?

You'll reach a larger audience of Builder users if you post in one of the
groups dedicated to Builder. e.g. - borland.public.cppbuilder.ide
This one is about the pre-Builder C++ compilers up to BC++ 5.02.
