Borland C++ 5/5.02 - TCP/IP?

Hello,

Does Borland C++ v5 (or v5.02) have TCP/IP support? If so, will it
work for MS-DOS targets?

If not, can someone recommend a free or cheap library that will add
this support? I would like it to work while running as a MS-DOS
application in Windows XP if possible..
