Unable to upload at CodeCentral

Hello All,

I'm unable to update my entries at Borland CodeCentral web site and
when I try to upload a zip file, following error pops up:

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete
set of HTTP headers.

Could any one from Borland please see this issue?
