New and Needing Help (java.io.ioexception)

I'm new to all this and just installed the personal version of C++BuilderX
and when I click on "New C++ File" all it gives me is an error:

"Could not create "File11.cpp" java.io.ioexception: The system cannot find
the path specified.
I've looked everywhere I can think of to find a way to set a path to Java
(which I assume is the prob?) Can anyone give me an idea of what I can do
to get started?
