VB activeX not 'visible' in C++ builder, why ?

An activeX (ocx), made in VisualBasic 6.0, can't be properly imported into C++ builder. Customer says: component is not 'visible'. Import into delphi works.
I have an other activeX, made in VB, which works in C++ builder. But can't find differences in VB project settings.
Any ideas ? Thank you very much !

Please direct your browser at http://info.borland.com/newsgroups/ and read the
newsgroup guidelines. One of them asks us not to post the same question to
different newsgroups, but to pick the most appropriate one and just post
