C++B3.0 W98 -> XP and Serial -> USB migration problems

Hello there,
We have several projects compiled with C++Builder3.0 working fine at Windows98;
but, when installed on Windows XP, there are two kind of printing problems:
1.- Several (meaning: infinity) copies of the "same" job are sended to the printer,
2.- Several (meaning: infinity) pages of a job are sended to the printer,
Well, there is a third kind of problem, but I can´t to identify it yet.

Any hint?
