Missing Translation Manager in BDS 2006 IDE

Hi!
I have already installed BDS 2006 and would like to manage languages with
the translation manager like before with BCB6.
But now I have no access to menu point "viwe - Translation Manager" or
Projects - Languages".
They are greyed.
What happend ? Any idea ?

This newsgroup is for CBuilderX, which is a completely different
product than BDS (cross-platform, no VCL, etc). Look for newsgroups
with .cppbuilder. in the name for support of the C++ personality of
BDS. Borland's product naming has been unfortunately confusing.
