Having a file within a BCB5 project-node an extention .wd# I want it
to be 'translated' into a file with the extention .wdl using the
BCB-Preprocessor (cpp32.exe).

For the .exe/.dll building process it does not have any further
relevance, but it is used when starting the program after compiling
(with F9).
The extention of the node-file is not fix (I can use any), but the
resulting file should have the extention .wdl
I didn't find any way to tell the compiler how it should handle this
file(-extention). It just ignores it...
