Problems when importing into Caliber from Word

CaliberRM 2005 Release 2, Word 2003.
When importing requirements from a Word file, have found that when the individual requirements are stored in Caliber, the Requirement is short of some Tabs. That is; Details, Responsibilities, References, Traceabilty, Validation, Discussion and History Tabs are there, but Source, Classification, Lifecycle, Coverage and Schedule Reconstruction Tabs are absent.
Adding a Requirement by hand results in a full set of Tabs
How to restore the missing tabs would be appreciated.
