IDL2CPP location question

IDL2CPP is located in the Visibroker/bin directory, if you have BCBv6. But
I have a new machine that I've only loaded C++Builder2006 and there isn't a
Visibroker directory. There is a Borland\BDP\bin directory that has the
IDL2CPP.exe in it. But when you try and build a project that has an IDL in
it you get an error saying "Failed to run IDL2CPP.EXE. The system connot
find the file specified." And that's becuase it's looking for the IDL2CPP
in the Visibroker/bin directory. Is there a difference between the
IDL2CPP.exe in those 2 directories? If not, how do I get my C++Builder2006
to recognize where the IDL2CPP.exe is on my machine?
