CORBA::OBJ_ADAPTER

Hi,

our customer is receiving - non consistently! - CORBA::OBJ_ADAPTER
error, minor=1330446336 status=1. We're using VisiBroker 4.5.1 patch
33 (I know it is old)

What are the potential things we should investigate?
What should we check in our application?
How can we focus on the problem?

I wouldn't really know where to begin with that one. Is the stack trace
consistent (i.e. is it occurring in the same method call each time)? If
so, then the problem is likely application-related; if not, it may just be
a spurious error that VB 4.5 is prone to firing from time to time.
