VISIBROKER 7.0 orb_r.lib links to lmgr.dll VS2005

Hi All. Please advise if anyone knows about these lib and dll files in VISIBROKER 7.0. During linking I get an error saying that lmgr.dll is not found, which apparently should be included with VisiBroker 7.0 \bin directory. Previously I used BES 5.21 and that one could not link at all so it complained that orb_r.lib has incorrect signatures of some methods, then I installed version 7 and now this problem occurs. Anyone knows anything about orb_r.lib vport_r.lib orb_r_70.dll v_port_r_70.dll Please let me know, since lmgr.dll simply does not exist anywhere.
