What is a registration process of BES consists of?
Is it possible to register without Internet connection?

If you don't have an Internet connection available during the registration
process, you will be given a phone number to call to complete the
registration. Borland will then e-mail you a registration file that you
can carry over to the non-Internet computer to enable BES.
