Repeating email alerts every hour! (QC#63212)

I'm getting the following email once an hour...
I guess it's due to the recent Qc changes...!

QC#: 63212 - Application Icon on Taskbar is fuzzy when "Active Title

I turned it off a half an hour ago.
I will be fixing it later this evening.
When I turn it back on you will get the two message that have been
repeating to you, one more time.

I don't receive notification eMails from 25 of June (ok, it was a hiccup
at 30 of June - an notification eMail "escaped" into my inbox <g>). Rob,
after the dust settles down, can you have a look at notification engine?

It is down at the moment. We had problem with promoting reports from QC
to raid that I have been working on for the last couple of days. I
appears to be fixed as of 4:00am last night.
There is a data issue in the QC database that shouldn't be there. It
looks like it might be related to the qc to raid promotion issue. I
have to check the database for damage, fix anthing if required and then
turn the Email notifications back on.
Hopefully today but might be late tomorrow, as I am behind in
everything due to the qc to raid issue.
