You should be able to close your own reports with either the Win32
client or QC Plus.

How? (Using normal client). I tried Reports -> Change Status and set it to
Fixed/Closed (tried Fixed/Resolved too) but it said insufficient sysop
level.

I still haven't figured out how to do this. I do have the latest version of
the client.

I think the only thing you can do is to withdraw it - that is the
filer's version of closing the report. Not sure how that interacts
with RAID replication, but if you do we will find out.

That isn't what I was referring to. I'll have to find some time to
document how it is done.
