The QCClientDownload link appears to be working properly now, and the
following QC report should be closed as resolved:

How? (Using normal client). I tried Reports -> Change Status and set it to
Fixed/Closed (tried Fixed/Resolved too) but it said insufficient sysop
level.

I think the only thing you can do is to withdraw it - that is the
filer's version of closing the report. Not sure how that interacts
with RAID replication, but if you do we will find out.
