How to uninstall BDE?

We have a Delphi3/BDE application which didn't install completely.
Uninstalling the app does not uninstall BDE. How can I uninstall this also?

you must delete the BDE folder and all references in the registry..

Delete the HKLM\Software\Borland\Database Engine registry key then
delete the BDE folder.

What the other's said, but you must be sure that you are the only BDE
application on the machine before manually deleting otherwise you'll cause
other applications to stop working.
