Works fine for me once I removed all the extra unit declarations
in the Main.pas unit that do not exsist on my system.

See a thread started May 17 with as subject "Richview problem" in
b.p.d.l.delphi.win32.
Bottom line: TCustomGrid is messing around with the caret position in
the memo of the second form if you open that second form by using the
menu option.
