Problems with Select for update

I'am trying to lock single Rows with the SELECT ... FOR UPDATE command.
In the sql-worksheet it is ok, but when i send it in in statement-objekt
with
executeQuery i will get the Error ORA-01002 : Fetch Out of Sequence.

If i try to lock the whole Table with TABLE LOCK, it will work.
