I distributed the attached bayan in mostafa mahmoud and tahrir on Friday. Lets edit as necessary and distribute to spread awareness on the need for this article.

I think the limitation of the Presidential powers and the separation
of authorities should be in the current amendments to the
constitution. Then the 7th Article should be also added as there are
many other articles that require changes.
