Crashes when launching in AUM

to Borderlands - An Audiovisual Interface for Granular Synthesis

Hey, not sure if this is a bug or expected behaviour, but if I try to add a Borderlands instance to AUM, borderlands will crash. I have to make sure borderlands is already running before launching AUM, then I can add it. This is on a 2020 10.5” iPad using latest iOS, aum, and borderlands as of April 10 2020.
