(a) Architects are known to give brief descriptions on the Architectural Drawings and leave the work of specification writing to the Quantity Surveyors. Give a brief description on how you would counter-check the Quantity Surveyor's specification to ensure that it conforms to your Design

(b) How would you handle a situation where you discover that the specification done by the Quantity Surveyor does not conform with your Design after the contract has been awarded?                                                                                  

(c) Compare and contrast the administration of a project based on the "Without Quantities", and one "With Quantities", Standard Conditions of Contract.
