Four basic things that are necessary in any firm, regardless of size, location or market focus:
• marketing - get the work
• operations - organize the work
• professional services - do the work
• finance - count the money

Something interesting my boss (who used to set the exams and mark them back in the day) asked me - are BORAQS exams set for small, medium or Large firms?

I personally think they are set putting in mind large firms and the public sector. Any thoughts cos i think that can also be under cutrent affairs which was a massive failure question last year.
