1. deploy or send one of your officials to be involved in the process of planning or approvals by the bodies that safeguard or protect these areas so that they be part of the descision making

2. advice on the Empowering of the authorities to protect their way leaves and be able to evict or punish any settlement

3. Sensitize or organize workshops for the comunities, developers included, to educate them on the importance or the dangers of protecting these way leaves

4. Ensure that maps indicative of the way leaves are easily available to the public and developers so that they are aware of their locations

5. Make active use of the spaces through design

6. Law enforement by the established relevant authorities

2. Physical planning act

3. Powers of local authorities

4. By-laws which include:

a) regulations made by gvt ministry, local authority and corporation

b) building bylaws

c) local gvt adoptive building bylaws

5. Maybe practice notes and cap 525 wld make as one of the policies and legislations

 

Now thats what I think the answer to this question was so someone correct me if i am wrong. Still noy sure about this one. Help!
