Sometimes unit can not attack?

Unit 143 (5-6-1) and 144 (4-4-5) are adjacent to enemy unit 289
(2-2-7). My attack orders are ignored! "Processing" text flashes and
nothing happens.

Thanks for reporting this; there is a bug in version 0.10! What should
have happened is that your units should have lost one mov-point and
been destroyed or damaged. Your units have too low TL to do any damage
on unit 289, but because of the bug a unit does not return fire unless
it receives any damage and an attacking unit does not lose any mov-
point unless it causes damage. This will be corrected in version 0.11.
