I can not reinforce my units. How is it done?

Reinforcements has not yet been implemented. When implemented you will
reinforce a unit by dragging (move) a friendly unit of the same type
into the same hex. Att-points and Str-points will then be transfered
from the reinforcinging unit to the reinforced unit. If TL is lower on
the reinforced unit the TL will also be upgraded.
