Having trouble with contact form and site url

Hi folks,

I'm using Bootstraptor Agency BS3 scrolling theme for this site http://sandiegoseo.net/seo.htm

I've edited the config file in assets/includes to be my email but I'm not getting the messages and when I fill out the contact form it just takes me to the top of the page.

Also is there a way to have the site url be http://sandiegoseo.net/  no /seo.htm  or will I have to just do a redirect.

ok so I got the domain to use the default page I changed seo.htm to index.html.  

But I still can't get the contact form to work

Yeah I'm having the same issue with the Contact Form File, except when I hit submit nothing happens at all...
