This was an odd way of giving support... Google groups, hhmm, stable

anyway...

1. is there any way for me to download my Developer package again? Miss placed it im afraid. Bought it a couple of days ago.

2. Any support mail available?

3. How does the updates work, if any? Is there any customers portal?
