I wonder how we can properly reflect the open-space format on lanyrd. Ever seen that done before?

No, I haven't to be honest: potentially you could plan talk proposals by having everyone edit the schedule via http://lanyrd.com/2012/bootstrapd/add-session/ ?

We could, though I doubt Lanyrd is going to give us enough flexibility. I wonder whether we can just build it on the bootstrapd.com website and change the sessions via pull requests?
