It seems that this community needs more members and a bit more work from those of us already here.

Agree LightDot.

I found that TB actually did add a fix for this problem in buttons.less:

 // Firefox 3.6 only I believe 
  &::-moz-focus-inner {
    padding: 0;
    border: 0;
    }

I think it's the solution described here: http://davidwalsh.name/firefox-buttons

However, it seems that this fix is not working anymore for some reason.

This buttons.less is from v. 2.3.2, and checking the newest version of TB I don't see this fix anymore, but I do see they changed a lot of the buttons LESS. So I'm hopefull that with the new version of TB they found an other solution, if anybody can confirm that that would be great.
