Sorry for my bad English I'll try to explain the problem.
I was using bootstrap 2 and now I'm trying bootstrap 3.
I've noticed that I've always a left scrollbar also if the page has only one phrase like "example page".
I don't want that the page can be scrolled if the content is all contained in the page.
Is it a feature of bootstrap 3?

I can't reproduce the issue. Even if you look at the Bootstrap site, their first page hides the vertical scrollbar if the browser window is high enough.

Is there something in your code that could cause this?

Yes a bad configuration of a css, sorry for the noise.
