Looking fro a Bootstrap Combo Box

Hello, 

I'm looking for something like this (http://www.marghoobsuleman.com/jquery-image-dropdown) but custom made to with within bootstrap. 

The basic idea is that I have a very long list of data that is displayed in a select drop down list that would really benefit from having an HTML <br> 

inserted so that the data could be displayed on multiple lines.
