Getting started

You guys built a very useful product, but I'm having trouble getting started. What would I put in my index.html file to run a simple datepicker?

Steps:

1. Set up a node.js server and git clone bootstrap-datepicker into the public directory.

2. npm install and install grunt cli

3. create an index.html file to test everything out.
