datepicker selects 1 day less for PST timezone

Hi,

 I am running into a weird scenario where the datepicker is working fine if the timezone is IST while for PST timezone it is selecting 1 day less. I debugged the js and see that the picker itself is doing it. Which config on picker could be causing this behavior?
