In addition to the continuing improvements to Bootstrap:1, we've been hard at work for the last few months completely re-writing and polishing the Bootstrap:2 curriculum: adding activities, teacher's notes, standards alignments, a glossary of vocabulary, and more to our lessons. Today, we are thrilled to share the new and improved curriculum with you all!

In Bootstrap:2, students extend their knowledge of Racket from Bootstrap:1 to learn about data structures, allowing them to create games with multiple players and levels, complex 2D movement, and more. It also covers event-handling and reactive programming, where students are challenged with the intricacies of user interaction through the keyboard, mouse, and even tilt and GPS events on mobile devices.

We are thrilled to announce this updated curriculum for students and teachers who would like to make more advanced games while extending their algebra and programming knowledge. As always, we'd love to hear what you think! Feel free to ask a question or submit feedback in our discussion group.

We hope you enjoy the updated Bootstrap:2 curriculum, and we look forward to hearing from you. Happy new year!
