FYI... DbTester keeps evolving. Wanted to share a set of new features I added this weekend:
1. Liquibase migration scripts in tests:

2. Custom DB init functions:

3. Reusing a Docker container (and its DB) between multiple test classes:

In general JUnit 5 integration API is still in flux, but the new functionality is awesome.
