[cpprefjp] 1/3完了

高橋晶です。

C++11対応のリファレンスサイトcpprefjpですが、さきほど<exception>ヘッダが完了し、
これで全体の1/3が完了しました！

次の目標は1/2ですね。
あと9ヘッダ！
