Boost 1.55のリリースから半年以上経ちましたが、やっと1.56のリリースの兆し
が見えてきました。

今回はsvnからgithubへ移行して最初のリリース、かつモジュールの再構成がさ
れたのでファイルパスが変わっていたりします。
そのため、通常のBeta/RCリリースの前にテストビルドが出ました。

手元のコード互換性の問題等は一旦置いておいて、ひと通りビルドが通るか、足
りないファイルがないか等確認をしてもらえるとありがたいです。
（既にtype_indexが無いとかそういう話も出ています）

直接boost@にレポートしてもいいですし、プルリク書くのが面倒とか、英語が面
倒とかあればこのメールに返信という形で送ってもらえれば多分私とかが送る気
がします。
もちろん、上手くいかないけどよくわからないといった場合でもある程度のサ
ポートはできるかもしれないです。

Fixed (I believe) are:
* Now includes winapi library
* Underscores instead of periods in the names
* No more weit metadata in the tar file.
