Need at least one more moderator for boost-announce

Hello...

Right now the only two moderators for boost-announce are Beman and I.  Since Beman is now retired, we need at least one more moderator for boost-announce.

I have been doing occasional moderation on boost-announce.
However, I agree with Nevin; an additional moderator or two would be a good idea.
