Boost release 1.50.0 beta 1 is now available from SourceForge

This release contains 4 new libraries (Algorithm,
Functional/OverloadedFunction, LocalFunction, Utility/IdentityType)
and numerous enhancements and bug fixes for existing libraries.

That should be:

If nothing goes wrong, I'll have the beta documentation up later
today, and the links should work once that's done.
