You remove the catalytic converter & install a cat delete pipe in its place. I have one available if anyone needs it. These were $225 on slingmods but no longer available - will sell for $100, shipping included. You have to transfer the donut gasket over from the cat converter to the delete pipe.
Are you talking about the DC/DC converter ? If so I have a contact for you. We just replaced our old DC/DC board with the new recalled one. Our had had the recall claimed but the board was never put in.

On our 2002, I just had Polaris replace the DC-DC converter under warranty. Do a VIN check to see if your GEM is still outstanding. I am in Los Angeles and Yale Equipment did a house call to replace this and do the parking brake recall.

United provides headphones (which don't sound great btw), so I was wondering if anyone knows which adapter to use? Unlike most aircraft that have the same size jacks (3.5mm), Polaris appears to use a 3.5mm jack and a 2.5mm jack, so it's been pretty hard trying to find an adapter for these seats.
