Chorus is seeking super awesome parents to help with Variety Show in the following ways. To do so, please contact the parent listed under each area directly. You can volunteer for as many or as few nights as you are available. Shows are April 27, 28, and 29. Volunteers should generally be on site to help no later than 6:00pm. Shows will run approximately 7:00 – 8:30pm.

Concessions

Two kinds of help are needed with concessions.To help, please contact Renoula LaStarza at reno...@aol.com or 407-538-1812.

1. We are offering “free” concessions with a donation as we have in the past. Any items that you would like to bring in to be added to our refreshment table will be greatly appreciated.

2. Volunteers will be needed to staff the table.

Ushers / Front of House

Volunteers needed to hand out programs, collect tickets, and do crowd management. Contact Gloria Purcell at gpur...@cfl.rr.com or 407-353-2073.

Flowers

Chorus will be selling flowers in the lobby. The intent is to offer family/friends a convenient place to buy flowers for the performers! To help with flower sales, please contact Gloria Purcell at gpur...@cfl.rr.com or 407-353-2073.

Tickets

Tickets will be sold at the door for $5. To help with ticket sales, contact Gay Geiger at gge...@kbj.com or 321-239-9723.

Backstage

Moms needed to help with supervision of students in the band/choir rooms during the show. Those rooms will be used by women’s choir and ladies’ choir as a staging area / changing room. These parents will help to make sure the students are getting changed quickly, lined up on time, and providing basic supervision.
