Under Settings, what does Prevent Safe Mode mean?

On Samsung devices we have the ability to prevent Multi-User Mode, Guest Mode and Safe Mode as well as harden the security so that Parental Board can’t be bypassed.  What Safe Mode does is start the device with just the apps that came with the device present (no installed apps would appear) and this mode is normally used for troubleshooting issues but crafty kids can use it to bypass Parental Board so we block it.  Wish we could also do this for non-Samsung devices but this uses Samsung Knox which is a security protocol that Samsung provides.
