I logged into the web management dashboard but do not see Amanda's latest text messages?

Hi – The default check in time is 3 hours but you can make this faster by visiting this section of the Web Management Dashboard: https://app.useboomerang.com/My/Settings

 

And if you wanted to see results immediately, then do the following on Amanda’s device:

 

1.       Open Boomerang

2.       Click on the 3 dots

3.       Hit Update Status

 

This forces the device to check into our server immediately and then you can see the latest information in the web management dashboard.
