authors focus on fiction, particularly with characters and topics from
the Southern United States.
Book Description
Series: Wall Calendar | Publication Date: July 15, 2011
A glass of iced tea, a good book, the incomparable feeling of having
nothing planned but to relax. Out on the Porch is the bestselling
calendar that promises a year of sitting back and enjoying the simple
pleasures in life. Every month’s full-color photograph transports you
to a place where the breeze is gentle and the view is lovely. Sunlight
streams across a Georgia porch just steps from a glassy lake. Boxes of
red geraniums add a vibrant touch to a rustic Canadian cabin porch. A
candy-colored Martha’s Vineyard porch is a whimsical treat for the
eyes. Accompanying the photographs are evocative porch quotes from
literature. It doesn’t get better than this.
