I have been ordering this calendar for years. No matter the weather
here in the North East, a glance at this calendar offers a moment to
dream of a lovely day. There is enough room to note appointments, and
I love the quotes from current fiction that describe the effects of
nature on daily living. I keep a list of the books for future reads.

About the Author
Located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Algonquin Books was founded as
a small independent trade publisher in 1982 by Louis D. Rubin, Jr.,
and Shannon Ravenel. In 1990, Rubin turned control of Algonquin to
his son, Robert, and to Ravenel. Algonquin still maintains its offices
