Why Can 39;t I Download Airbnb App

SkyMiles Members can expect more choices and more miles toward their next journey when they book with Airbnb, whether an apartment for a night, a castle for a week, or a villa for a month. Reminder, to earn miles, SkyMiles Members must book through delta.com/airbnb and enter their SkyMiles number prior to every booking.
I pleaded with Airbnb support, giving my reasons and asking to have the case reviewed by a manager, but after 2 messages of saying "we're so sorry", they simply processed the resolution payout (20% of the original booking's price), and closed my ticket, "with a note that in case you have any query or concern we have got your back. We are always available for you 24/7, just a call and message away at airbnb.com/contact. You are a part of Airbnb family and this relationship is very important for us."
I made an airbnb account 3-4 months ago and never used it. In December my partner and I needed to pay for a whole months stay as we were travelling during Christmas. We came to an agreement with the host and I added 10 gift cards ($2300) to my account before proceeding to confirm for the stay. As soon as I selected confirm I was logged off my account and told that it has been deactivated. I of course appealed and spent countless hours on the phone but airbnb never gave me a reason.
I feel like I have been robbed, the vouchers were the equivalent a months rent and airbnb is now ignoring me. It was my first booking on my account but I have been giving absolutely no reason for why my account was deactivated.

All SkyMiles Members can earn miles with Airbnb by booking directly through delta.com/airbnb. Customers who are not already enrolled in the SkyMiles program can sign up for free through the partner page or delta.com/enroll to become eligible.
We just used airbnb for the first time to rent an apartment in Paris.Wholly agree that the cognitive load is slightly higher, and a certain degree of flexibility and self-reliance is required, but for me the experience it affords is more than worth it.Not to mention, the iphone app is pure user interface porn. They should rename the company Wanderlust.
