Bug when library that owns book is < 1 mile from user's location

Amazon page is http://www.amazon.com/dp/0300084552/. User's location
is 20016. Book Burro's closest libraries are Georgetown University and
University of District of Columbia Law Library, each 2 miles away. But
WorldCat (http://www.worldcat.org/oclc/45277051) identifies two
libraries within 1 mile that own it.

This has been fixed in 0.52. There was an issue with how I parsed the
results.
