Probably so. I tried posting a bux report couple of times last week,
and only after e-mailing did Jesse approve it.

The list is moderated and I was away last week.
There was a flurry of activity on Aug 28 (my birthday) when I was in
another state with friends without a computer!
I'll be more proactive now. I promise :)
