Hi Ladies - I'm hosting this Friday say 7ish. I had to attach this picture bc Kerriann and I went to our first ever cookbook signing last night. We met chef Vivian Howard - she has a cooking show on PBS and owns a restaurant in eastern NC. So since I have this beautiful new cookbook I'm going to use 2 recipes from this cookbook - "Blueberry BBQ Chicken" and per Vivian's suggestion "Turnip Root & Green Gratin". I'm going way outside my comfort zone by attempting to grill a whole chicken. (Dan usually works the grill). I can't wait for you ladies to be my taste testers - ha. Fill in the menu as you like. Hope to see you all.

Hi Ladies, unfortunately I'm out for this Friday also. Two times a year I play basket bingo with my mom to raise money for the American Cancer Society in Mt. Airy, and this Friday is it. I'll catch up with everyone in December!
