How to check out boojay on windows? Boojay.Runtime case change

I have tried to checkout boojay on windows and I get the error

svn: Failed to add directory 'boojay\src\Boojay.Runtime': a
versioned directory of the same name already exists

because "boojay\src\boojay.runtime" is already a directory.

I have updated to the current versions of subversion and that does not
fix the problem.

I realize that this is probably because the directory was renamed with
only a change in case which is causing a problem on windows but
knowing what the problem probably is doesn't mean I know how to solve
it. :)

Any ideas?

Right. Sorry for that, I didn't notice it because I've been only
interacting with the repository through git-svn.

Should be solved now.
